Presentation

The wine displays a dark purple colour.
The expressive noze contains spicies and small reed fruits aromas.
The palate remains on the same fruits (blackberry, blueberry) with present and silky tannins.

Soil: Clay-limestone on southeast-facing slopes for Syrah

In the vineyard

15-year-old Syrah vines, 20-year-old Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon vines.

Winemaking

Our red wines are vinified with pre-fermentation maceration at 15°. Then, the fermentation is controlled arround 24° to obtain this fresh wine.

Food pairings

With its presence on the palate, this wine pairs nicely with a beef carpaccio or a roasted rack of lamb.
